The need for a Child Care Center

Blooming Buds does not compromise on the quality and environment. We have qualified teachers who work on age appropriate curriculum. Every child is given required attention.

Children are innocent and waiting to bloom from buds to flowers. In this world of busy and hectic schedules, giving appropriate time and care to mold our children become a major concern.

Today there is a need for our parents to have a place where their children can engage in full potential and develop their wonderfully gifted brains. So here at BLOOMING BUDS in our Child Care Centre,we aim to develop their Skills, Creativity and Self - Confidence and to help the parents to nurture the child’s mind and body in a healthy way at a Home away from Home”.

A. Water play

“Water play is an excellent sensory-motor activity, and children think its lots of fun,” As children play with water, they develop skills in “scientific exploration, mathematics, gross and fine motor abilities, and creative expression.”

B. Play Dough

Benefits of children playing with playdough include developing fine motor skills, creativity, vocabulary, literacy, and numeracy, and exploring sensoryqualities.

C. Dress up / Roleplay

Roleplay encourages creativity and imagination, fosters social and emotional development, improves communication, and develops thinking, learning supports physical development.

D. Blocks and Jigsaws

Playing with blocks and jigsaws has significant impacts on a child’s physical skills, developing cognitive fine motor skills through the coordination of small muscles. Helps develop problem solving & task completion ability.

E. Art and Craft work

Improves coordination and fine motor skills. Helps children express themselves. Inspires them to think critically and socialize.

F. Drawing and Painting

It encourages visual analysis, increases individual confidence and imagination. Creativity is extremely important for child’s development and beneficial for kid’s physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

G. Dance and Rhythm

Dance and Rhythm stimulates the brain improves flexibility, builds fitness, improves balance. Develops Rhythm and better posture.

H. Running, Jumping, Climbing and Singing

Running, Jumping, Climbing and Singing stimulates metabolism, increases energy, and improves sense of balance.

3. Nature Play
  • Nature play increased motivation, better academic performance, sense of achievement, skill development all contributing to a successful life.
4. Sensory Play
  • Sensory play includes any activity that stimulates a young child's senses of touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing, as well as body awareness and balance.
5. Fireless Cooking
  • Cooking can help young kids learn and practice some basic math and scientific concepts, build language skills, and rating meals with you can help increase focus and attention. Promotes healthy eating, boost self-confidence, encourage bonding.
STAFF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Treat every child is an individual.
  • Maintain an eye level contact with the children.
  • Support and extend children’s learning. Promote positive behavior such as children taking responsibility for own clothing and picking up toys and books.
  • Provide infant/toddler students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.
  • Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and requirement that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students assigned.
  • Participates in organizing learning programs and special events as assigned.
  • Develop and implements lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the child care program. Love, understand, interact and enjoy working with children.
  • Assists in preparing food for children and serve meals, refreshments, and rest periods to children.
  • Instructs children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and toilet habits.
  • Keeps records on individual children, including daily observations and information about learning activities, meals served, and medications administered.
1. Prevention and Control measures in the Daycare
  • Implemented social distancing strategies.
  • Intensify cleaning and disinfection efforts.
  • Modified drop and pick up procedures.
  • Implemented screening procedures up arrival.
  • Maintain an adequate ratio of staff to children to ensure safety.
  • Staff members and older children should wear face covering within the facility. Cloth face covering should NOT be put on babies and children under age two because of both of the danger of suffocation.
  • Wash hands often with soap and water. If soap are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer at least 60% alcohol.
  • Supervise young children when they use hand sanitizer to prevent swallowing alcohol.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
  • Cover cough and sneezes.
2. Toys Sanitisation
  • Soak plastic toys in a solution of non-toxic disinfectant according to product instructions. Allow to air-dry. Puzzles and books are wiped with a damp cloth. Allowed to air-dry before returning to use.
3. Cribs, Mats, Cots
  • Wash linens in hot water and dry thoroughly. Wipe down all surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes and allow to air-dry.
4. High Touched Surfaces
  • Disinfect light switches, door handles, handrails, and other surfaces with sanitizing spray or wipes.
5. Play Equipment
  • Routine cleaning with detergent and warm water will remove dirt and many common germs from surfaces. Regularly spray and wipe down with a sanitizing cleaner.
